Cabinet War Rooms Private Tour

This is a rare opportunity for a behind-the-scenes, access-all-areas tour of the iconic Cabinet War Rooms. This exclusive, private guided ‘behind the glass’ tour will take you on a journey through Churchill’s London and Westminster’s hidden war time secrets. Focusing on rooms not usually open to the public, the tour will be led by a Cabinet War Rooms’ expert, and will delves into the history of some of the most important rooms used by Churchill and his Cabinet during the Second World War, many of which have been left just as they were in May 1945.

Up close, you will see the marks made by Churchill as he scratched away at the arms of his chair in the Cabinet War Room, and see the top secret transatlantic telephone where the Prime Minister spoke to President Roosevelt at all hours of the day and night.

Please note that this is a ticketed event at £60 per person.
