Pathfinder is our unique, patented discovery tool to illuminate, motivate and inspire you at this transitional time in your life. Designed for those approaching the end of their formal careers, or for those recently retired, we help individuals to navigate this challenging time in a meaningful way. Our team helps harness the wisdom and expertise acquired over years of professional experience into new and exciting opportunities.

Mentoring Others
Circle Square offers a variety of ways for members to share their wisdom and expertise for the benefit of others. We work with a select number of mentoring organisations to provide opportunities for our members to act as mentors to support small businesses, entrepreneurs, charities and young people. In addition, peer mentoring is welcomed and encouraged to support fellow members through career transition and other business or life challenges.

Circle Square has partnered with NuRole, an innovative board-level executive search platform dedicated to matching the right people with the right board roles. Individuals are put in control, able to put themselves forward for board positions they might otherwise not have known existed.

Volunteering
We work with our charitable partners such as Anthony Nolan and Friends of the Earth, to connect Circle Square members with volunteering opportunities that can really make a difference to our society and our planet. In return, you’ll get to meet new people, gain new skills, find a sense of purpose – and feel good knowing you’ve channelled your time and experience to help others.
