We pride ourselves on our successful ‘hands-on’ delivery by adopting innovative and research lead strategies that are tailored specifically to each clients’ needs and we offer a dedicated approach to each job specification. We also recommend a broad search for candidates with less reliance on the familiar pool of obvious candidates. By adopting this approach, we are able to attract strong candidates who bring vigour and new ideas to our clients.
During these challenging times, we have also been offering clients fundraising consultancy – one client instructed us to identify potential donors relating to their work and to prepare the ‘ask’ and appeal communications. The client was delighted that one of the targets that we introduced during one day’s fundraising consultancy resulted in a first gift of a five-figure donation – and with the ability to give more. This was a great result for the charity and a fantastic return on their investment.
We provide a personal service for our clients and candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition.
