Teresa WoodleyAbout Teresa Woodley, our first Virtual PA

I work for Circle Sq. part-time as Membership Coordinator, and I also work as a Virtual PA, providing support to a variety of clients.  These have included a private office, historical trust, tech firm, and a communications company, which gives you an idea of the broad spread.

I spent 19 years as the PA to the Chairman of a Global PR firm and so love organising lives and making things run smoothly.  No task is too big or too small and, with a large and trusted network of service providers, there is no job that is too challenging.  I’m very efficient and proactive and have an MA in History, so am excellent at exhaustive research.  Overall, I love what I do.

‘The best PA and my greatest support’ – Lord Bell: Co-founder and Chairman of Chime Communications

‘Teresa was working for me as I was putting together a complex bid and her input was invaluable. Teresa, who is very personable, was confident and efficient, and the bid was ultimately successful’ – Philip White: Chief Executive, Hestercombe Gardens Trust

‘Teresa was an outstanding asset to the Group. She dealt with captains of industry and government leaders from around the world. She is a natural communicator herself and dealt with any crisis – business or personal – in a supremely calm and efficient manner’ – Piers Pottinger: Co-founder and Deputy Chairman of Chime Communications
